ParaTriathletes

Triathletes with special needs will be required to complete a Declaration for Paratriathletes and send this to us with their application form. This statement requires you to make a self assessed declaration of your disability according to the relevant Competition Classes. We will then consider any impact on the event and advise accordingly.

If you are entering online there is no need to send a separate form as it is built into the online version.

Young Athletes

Bexhill Lions Triathlon is inclusive for Young Athletes (ages 13 - 16). Young Athletes will still compete the three disciplines but shorter versions of each. A shorter sea swim, road cycle and promenade run course will be provided and fully marshaled There will also be a much lower entry fee. Details on the distances for this age group are on the YOUNG ATHLETES TRI event info page.

This is a great way to get the whole family involved in Triathlons - especially in the run up to London 2012!

All competitors that will be younger than 18 years old on 31st December 2011 will need to obtain parental consent to compete.

How To Enter

There are two ways to secure your place in the Bexhill Lions Triathlon; online and by submitting a paper form.

To confirm your place via more traditional means, download the entry form by clicking the link on the right hand side of this page, print this off, complete it and send it back to us with your cheque. Please make cheques payable to ‘BEXHILL LIONS CLUB’. We will confirm your place via email once your cheque has cleared.

Entry Fee

£34 - Sprint Distance Tri (15+*)
£15 - Young Athletes Tri (age 13 - 16*)
£50 - Relay Team (3 Adults, 15 or older)

*Age taken on 31st December 2011.

BTF members will be refunded £3 at registration, on production of a valid race licence unless they choose to waive this and donate it to charity.

Junior British Triathlon members will be refunded £2 at registration, on production of a valid race licence unless they choose to waive this and donate it to charity.
